Village Centre - Hire Information
Harvey Lane, Dickleburgh, Diss, Norfolk, IP21 4NN
There are three categories of charge:
“CONCESSIONS” regular activities for under 16’s and over 60 applying to weekdays only.
“LOCAL” for non- commercial Village based organizations and residents of the village who wish to arrange a private party for an inhabitant of the village, or, for example, a close member of their family( i.e. Son or Daughter, Grand children) who now reside outside the village.
“Local Rates” will not apply to:
- other relations not resident in the village,
- friends of residents or members of local clubs/organizations,
- members of village clubs/organizations not resident in the village
“EXTERNAL” This is for all events & bookings that do not meet the above criteria.
BAR FACILITIES:
Bar facilities can be provided by the Sports & Social Club. These must be requested when booking.
BOOKING SESSIONS:
There are three sessions as follows:
06.00 – 12 Noon
12 Noon – 6.00pm
and 6.00pm – 11.45pm
CHARGES PER SESSION
CONCESSIONS: Hall £10.00 Kitchen £6.00 Committee Room £10.00
LOCAL: Hall £20.00 Kitchen £6.00 Committee Room £14.00
EXTERNAL: Hall £35.00 Kitchen £15.00 Committee Room £20.00
BAR FACILITIES: £25.00 (Note: this charge only applies once per booking)
These charges were fixed and agreed by the Management Committee at its meeting on Monday 26th February 2007 and reflect the increase in running costs.
